uh oh....damn flour


today was good, i started with a moderate amount of cheerios, i measured a serving and a half less than yesterday, and a good salad , the same one as yesterday for lunch. i got home earlier tonight (6:15) than usual and had poor man's pierogies a mixture of low fat cottage cheese and home-made noodles...i had some exercise at work but not a whole lot so I plan on taking the dogs for a medium length walk with the kids and then jogging about a mile and a half...oh after dinner i had a small banana and a Balance Gold Caramel Nut Burst energy bar for dessert. i know energy bars can be sketchy because they are basically fancy candy bars but i put hot sauce on my noodles so i wanted something sweet and i am pretty sure I am doing well with caloric intake today...I will now figure out what those were...

Breakfast:
Cheerios: 170 calories
Milk: 80 calories

Lunch:
Salad: 300 calories (1.5 eggs today)

Dinner:
Poor Man's Pierogies: 1,036!!
Hot Sauce: 0 calories
Small Banana: 90 calories
Balance Gold Caramel Energy Bar: 210 calories

1,886 Calories today...i had no idea flour was so high or i never would have eaten that for dinner...
Oh I know I was supposed to jog or get some type of exercise this morning but I didn't wake up til 9:30am and had to work at 11:30am so I slacked a little...but I'll make up for it with some extra stuff tonight.

Oh, on the injury front, i put goop and bandages on my nasty feet and wore sneakers today...my feet do not hurt at all....the tops of my legs, however do hurt very much from the shock to my body of running 2 miles yesterday...it's something that I'm going to have to deal with tonight during my jaunt but no pain no gain right?

I also need to drink 2 or 3 more waters tonight...oh and I took a one-a-day vitamin this morning as well as a flax seed pill, then on a whim had a fish oil pill at dinner because I had some left over from my last half-hearted diet attempt...

Time for my walk before I put the kids to bed...holy crap i just figured out the poor man's pierogies and calorie wise it's horrible...it's all low fat but it's wayyyyy too many calories...i feel like i blew the whole day...anyway...you live and you learn...just say NO to flour...
