so i was lazy last night and didn't take the dogs out...i was really tired...and today it poured all morning so no track...even though we have to work almost 12 hours starting tomorrow afternoon we are planning on going to the track if it's not raining...i am super tired today and i was yesterday as well...i'm still doing well with the eating though....so far today...

I bought shredded wheat to mix with my cheerios because they're healthier than cheerios...

Cheerios: 110 calories
Shredded Wheat:75 calories
Milk: 50 calories
Total:235 calories

Soup: 220 calories
Beans: 100 calories
Banana: 90 calories
Fluff: 40 calories
Total:450 calories

Total so far today: 685 calories

I work the rest of the day and we'll probably be stuck inside because of the weather so not a lot of exercise today...i'll be sure to get out tonight, maybe a jog and a dog walk because i feel guilty...
Carrots for snack: 30 calories
Chicken: 200 calories
Sauce: 100 calories
Noodles: 240 calories
Corn on the cob: 144 calories
Popsicle: 80 calories
Total: 794 calories

Total calories: 1,479 calories

I did take the dogs for a walk today...i have paperwork to do tonight because i work all day tomorrow...i am planning on jogging tonight if i get my paperwork done at a reasonable time...plus survivor is on so.......lol

oh p.s. my shorts the past 2 days were completely falling down, i think i need to put a new hole in my belt...no big deal but it's nice to feel if not see results after 2 weeks...
