9/5...sportsday 2009


today i watched some sort of sport from 11:30 am until...well it's 10:30 pm now and i plan on taking the dogs for a walk and coming home to watch the end of the vtech game...so it will be more than 13 hours of sports...ahhhhhh....anyway...i did well today, a few changes from what has become my norm but nothing to ruin the plan...

breakfast and lunch were the staples that i have been eating minus the sunflower seeds (we're out), plus a can of light soup...
during the day i had a california roll from wegmans and an ear of corn at the baseball game. Exercise wise, the day was kind of weak but i did some walking from event to event and from the parking lot to the game...i am going to take the dogs for a walk after i finish this blog. I'll do my calorie count now.

Cheerios and milk: 300 calories
Salad w/ 2 boiled eggs: 256 calories
Soup: 220 calories
California Roll with soy sauce: 260 calories
Corn on the cob with butter: 275 calories

Total Daily Calories: 1,311

I had a bottle of diet soda today as well as a good amount of water and a powerade. I also took my vitamin and a flax pill.
I'm off to do some shopping tomorrow, gotta make sure i have good food in the house or i'll resort to eating out or eating something bad...
