day 2...so far so good


ok so today i had honey nut cheerios and 1% low fat milk for breakfast, then i drove to the track and jogged 2 miles...i thought my lungs were going to burst at one point and i got a bad side sticker but i DID NOT resort to walking, not even for a second...so YaY for me...
for lunch i had a red leaf salad with sunflower seeds a boiled egg and low fat low calorie ranch dressing..
Calorie Breakdown:
Cheerios: 220
Milk: 80
Lettuce: 12
Egg: 77
Ranch Dressing: 100
Sunflower Seeds: 90
Water: 0
Powerade: 0

Total so far today - 579 calories

I wont be home from work until 7:30 again tonight but I have lots of calories to play with because I've been so good this morning.
I am a sweaty Betty so I need to take a shower, shave and get to work...
I feel great
