dinner over....

got home around 7:30...stopped at the store for some one-a-day vitamins and a few other things...my two miles today played havoc on my inner thighs...i dunno if it was my balls rubbin' or my boxers are too tight or what but i bought some Vaseline to smear on for my next run...i also have gross cracked feet that i have to deal with, it really hurts right now... i bought some repair cream for them...i think it's from wearing sandals all summer...anyway too much info i'm sure...lol

here's what we had for dinner
skinless breast of chicken with hidden valley ranch seasoning mix topping: 165 calories
corn: 87 calories
baked potato: 115 calories
pita chips: 200 calories
homemade hummus: 200 calories
can't believe it's not butter: 0 calories
powerade: 0 calories

Total Dinner Calories: 767

It's 8:35pm, no more eating for the day so let's add it up:
Breakfast 300 Calories + Lunch 279 Calories + 767 Dinner Calories = 1,346 calories

I can't believe how low that is considering I'm really not hungry. I think for the most part I don't usually eat like a pig, i mean i'll go crazy some weekends and eat 20 wings or half a pizza or something and i like my desserts after dinner but i think it's mostly the inactive lifestyle that has these extra pounds packed on me. If I can continue to behave and get exercise like I did today I can't imagine the pounds not sliding off me. I've gained 34 pounds in the 3.5 years since I've gotten married and it's not like I was in great shape to begin with so I would like to get back to that weight and then keep going...

I still plan on taking the dogs for a long walk tonight and drinking 2 bottles of water...i will start with the daily multivitamins and flax seed oil pills tomorrow... i do work 11:30-5:00 tomorrow then a work meeting from 5:15-6:15, then I have to be home to watch one son while my other son and my wife go to a school meeting so i'm hoping my foot feels better and I can jog a little early in the a.m....
