ok so yesterday i didn't blog because we left the house at 11am and didn't get home until 3am...
here's what i ate and an educated guess at the calories....
Cheerios/shredded wheat: 240 calories
Subway ham sub on wheat/ no cheese: 600 calories
1.5 power bars: 300 calories
2 bites of steak: 60 calories
Fish fillet: 130 calories
mashed potatoes: 120 calories
squash: 10 calories
carrots: 10 calories
shrimp: 40 calories
sushi: 70 calories
Total: 1,580... it was a very long day with a lot of calories burned so I think it was good...i think my calorie count is pretty close....
So today I was supposed to work and instead got rear-ended on the way and never got there...now i have to deal with my insurance company and everything....at least no one was hurt and it wasn't my fault...I came home and was still kind of shaky and I was hungry and so close to just getting some Chinese food to feel better...instead i did kind of pig out but it was on pretty healthy food instead of fried chicken...
Cheerios/Wheat: 240 calories
Cottage Cheese: 180 calories
Soup: 210 calories
Salad: 130 calories
So far today I'm at 760 calories....no idea what to have for dinner, but i know that i'm stressed and tired and want to chill out....my goal today is to nap, take the dogs for a walk, eat a small dinner and jog before bed...i'm happy that i ate half a container of cottage cheese instead of getting take out...

still no nap, started watching football and haven't fallen asleep yet...
tuna(accidentally bought it in sunflower oil instead of water - so more calories): 360 calories
light mayo: 70 calories
pita bread: 150 calories
2 egg whites: 34 calories
Popsicle: 80 calories
banana peppers (1 serving) - 0 calories
1,454 calories today...
i still have done nothing today, so that's a problem but i'll get moving in a little bit...
