
today i took a kid i work with for chinese food and i didn't get any!!! i think i deserve an award or something for that...i had cheerios for breakfast, salad with 2 eggs for lunch and a spoonful of fluff (oops) lol...we are eating at a friends house tonight, i didn't know how to go about finding out calorie information without being a jerk about it but fortunately our host said she give me a list of ingredients so i can enter it into my food journal...i can't lie i'm reeeeeeeealy hungry right now so i want to go eat not blog but quickly calorie intake so far:
Cheerios and milk: 250 calories
Salad with 2 eggs: 300 calories
1 spoon of fluff: 20 calories
water: 0 calories
powerade: 0 calories
So we just got back from our friend's house we had yummy shish-kabobs and apple crisp with a scoop and a half of vanilla ice cream for dessert...of course i have to kinda guess on the apple crisp because i never found out the exact ingredients..apparently the 8-10 servings used 3 sticks of butter but it's ok cause it's not like i pigged out...so i figure my calorie intake looks something like this:
Chicken: 140 calories
Steak: 80 calories
Shrimp: 84 calories
Pineapples: 120
Yellow Pepper: 14 calories
Soy Sauce: 30 calories
Apple Crisp: 650 (guesstimate, high side) calories
1 cup of kool-aid : 60 calories
Total Calories Today: 570 from breakfast and lunch and 1,178 for dinner = 1,748 total
I feel slightly guilty about the dessert but if this is truly a life change, not a temporary diet then i am going to occasionally have dessert. I am going to jog my 1.7 something miles tonight before bed.
