9/14...2nd weigh-in day


so i weighed in this morning and i only lost 3 pounds this week...it's kind of depressing because i have exercised a lot and not eaten anything bad or unhealthy...264.4...i was hoping for a better number...however, as long as i stay losing over 2 pounds a week then i can't be too mad....anyway enough about that...
Today-
Cheerios and milk: 300 calories
Wheat Pita: 150 calories
Tuna Fish: 180 calories
Low-fat Mayo: 90 calories
Cottage Cheese: 100 calories

Total so far today: 820 calories

I think part of my weight-loss slow down was the fact that i eat lunch at 1:30pm and don't eat anything until dinner at 7:30pm...my metabolism probably slows down a lot during that time. So today I will take a baggie of carrots today to eat on my ride from one client's house to the other.

I jogged my two miles today at the track...

We might go out to dinner with friends tonight. That is still to be determined, but if so I'll be sure to eat as healthy as possible...

later...we didn't go out to eat so here's what we had...
carrots for snack: 35 calories

chicken: 300 calories
noodles: 175 calories
corn x 2: 144 calories

519 calories for dinner
1,474 calories for the day

i'm taking the dogs for a walk tonight before bed...i'm tired and watching a movie....
