9/12...penn state saturday




Another rainy, gray day, but penn state is on and the kids are here so we'll make the best of it...

We had cheerios and milk for breakfast: 300 calories

And tuna fish on a tortilla and soup for lunch: 610 calories

I'll probably end up taking the kids to mcdonalds for dinner so they can play in the playground instead of hanging out watching tv and playing video games all day...i wont eat there though, i'll probably get sushi or something to bring home.
Hopefully tonight it will clear up so i can take the kids and dogs for a walk at least...i'm a little nervous about weigh-in day on monday because i haven't gotten a lot of exercise the last two days because of the weather, and the gym wasn't an option because of the kids. The good news is I have still been eating exceptionally well.

Again, i'll update this tonight after dinner...

{After Dinner} I took the kids to mcdonalds and did not eat one thing...i even threw out their left-over fries thank you very much. After mcdonalds we stopped at wegmans where i got a brown rice california roll...when i came home i looked it up on wegmans.com and a brown rice sushi roll is only 160 calories...i've been putting 250 every time i have that, so that was cool and a pleasant surprise...i'm going to go jog through the raindrops in a little while before bed...figuring my sushi was 165 calories with soy sauce and wasabi, that brings my daily total to only 1,075 calories...i'm kind of hungry but not too bad and it's 10:30 pm so even if i was starving i wouldn't eat anything...
