



today we hit the track...it felt good...it was humid out so we both came back soaking wet...we had cheerios and shredded wheat for breakfast: 240 calories
tuna fish w/ light mayo: 220
2 egg whites: 34 calories
tortilla: 120
for lunch....
carrots for snack: 35 calories
then fish w/1% milk and fake butter sauce: 125 calories
noodles: 100
and artichokes: 64
for dinner
Total for today is 938 calories ....that is extremely low but i swear i'm not hungry and wouldn't have been surprised if the total had been like 1,300 calories...
Great tv and a dog walk left tonight....with the track today, softball practice and a dog walk I had better be losing some weight lol...
