
hello, late post today because i've been busy...lots of driving/cleaning out my broken car today, work, watching the kids....i'll give a quick food breakdown because we are going to go look at a car tonight and going out to dinner...i don't know if i can talk my wife into it or not but i just saw online that ruby tuesday has just come out with a very large healthy option menu...they display all their nutrition content right on the menu so you can make healthy choices....we shall see....
ok so food today:
Cheerios/wheat: 240 calories
soup: 220 calories
carrots for snack: 30 calories
salad w/ kidney beans: 180 calories
popsicle: 80 calories
fluff: 40 calories
Total before dinner is 790 calories...
i never jogged last night but i plan on doing so tonight...then definitely going to the track tomorrow and thursday...more after dinner...
so after we found daddy a new jetta (lol)...we stopped at ruby tuesday and guess what? no light menu....so we decided to fake a work phone call and leave...we went to wawa and got subs...
so...

Ham hoagie : 595 calories
1/2 a soup :100 calories
1/2 a power bar: 100 calories
Total for the day: 1,585
a little high but i'm going to go run 4 miles before bed...and we're back at the track tomorrow...hurrah...
