

Today was day 2 of our trips to the track, i was pretty sore this morning, but went and did my 8 laps...
Breakfast: Cheerios and Milk with a banana: 400 calories
Lunch: Salad w/eggs and seeds, no beans: 315 calories
Dinner: Steak on the grill with corn on the cob and rice: 845 calories
Total Daily Calories : 1,560
I continue to take a flax seed vitamin with breakfast as well as a one-a-day vitamin and when i remember i will pop a fish oil pill with dinner.
Steak was a treat tonight but it has a very high calorie count so we'll probably not make it a regular part of our diet...
During this week and a half of dieting, I have not been hungry one time, at this point i'm sure I'm practically wasting away to nothing...lol...
Dog walk tonight before bed...after an awesome night of tv...
Boring post today, i know, but I'm still doing well- eating less and exercising more...
