
Today was a pretty busy day considering it's a Sunday...Today I cut the grass and sprayed the weeds, I worked for a few hours and got a haircut, then went grocery shopping. I bought all healthy food and made sure we had plenty of water and lettuce and corn on the cob. I bought turkey meat and 93% lean steak. A friend of mine told me about adding beans to salads because of the fiber and it was really good. I think I could eat an entire can of kidney beans as a snack. Yum... anywho... I am taking the dogs for a medium sized walk soon, then jogging tonight before bed...So let's get to it...
Breakfast:
Cheerios and milk: 300 calories
Lunch:
Soup: 220 calories
Dinner:
Ginormous Salad
Lettuce: 16 calories
2 HB Eggs: 144 calories
1/2 Serving SunFlower Seeds: 90 calories
1 serving of chickpeas: 110 calories
1 serving of kidney beans: 110 calories
1 serving of dressing: 80 calories
Grand Total is 1,070 calories
This is pretty low but I haven't really felt hungry all day...guess that's a good thing!!!
Weigh-in day tomorrow morning...I am cautiously optimistic...I'm not dumb, I realize that it took me 29 years to get to 274 pounds and it wont take me a week to get down to 200, but I'm hoping for a decent number.
