



i got up and ate cheerios, went grocery shopping and jogged today...picked my son up from school, ate lunch and now i go to work for a few hours then to softball practice for a few hours...we did well at the store, bought everything low fat and low calorie...we did get 80 calorie orange vanilla popsicles for dessert....thank God too because i put too many red pepper flakes in my soup today and i think the popsicle literally put a fire out in my mouth...so the breakdown so far today:
Breakfast: Cheerios and milk: 300 calories
Lunch: Soup:220 calories
Small Salad with carrots and dressing: 100 calories
Popsicle: 80 calories
Total so far today: 700 calories
We'll probably have some form of chicken and corn on the cob for dinner tonight...it's cold out i think fall is definitely here...it was perfect jogging weather today...
update later....
so once again i was completely wrong about dinner...we had fish in a fake butter sauce and rice....it was scrum-diddly-yumptious...
Carrots for snack: 35 calories
Fish: 150 calories
Sauce using fake butter, pepper, 1/2 cup of milk and a tablespoon of flour: 110 calories
Rice: 275 calories
Total: 570 calories
Total Daily Calories: 1,270
I had softball practice today as well as quite a bit of exercise at my job...i plan on taking the dogs for a walk tonight if the rain holds off...then tomorrow back to the track...
