Today so far i went to the gym and had breakfast and a snack...i'm scrounging around for lunch in a few minutes...i work at 3 and we're having beef stroganoff for dinner...here's what i ate so far--

Today i went to softball practice again and we went out to dinner then watched the new survivor with the whole family...i still haven't had a solid bowel movement in over 5 days...my weight is down to 235 pounds but it's just because i can't keep anything in my belly for more than an hour...here's what i ate today--

I have softball practice again tomorrow and Saturday, then a clinic Sunday...Sunday is also Valentine's Day so my wife and I are going to go see a movie. I haven't worked out in a while but honestly i feel like i could poop my pants at any moment...hopefully i'll be back at the gym monday...tmi i'm sure but this stomach virus is a killer...it affects my sleeping--waking up 3 or 4 times a night, my eating habits and my exercising...i can't wait for it to finally go away...22 days til Florida and as i look out the window at the mountains of snow i really wish it would get here quickly...

We were snowed in today....big time...we got about 16 inches of snow...my stomach is still queasy and i have horrible diarrhea for like the 4th day in a row now...i did make it to softball practice today...here's what i ate--

Today i'm still kind of sick. It's to the point where it's minor and you don't know if i'm still sick or just trying to recover from eating only cereal and an olive yesterday.
