9/8 am


Today was the boys first day of school...after we took care of all this mornings details and tried to get a routine started, we walked the mile to the track, i jogged two miles, then walked the mile home, all before 9:30am...we're going to try and do that 4 times a week.

For breakfast i had
Cheerios with Milk: 300 calories

For lunch i had a salad with a half a serving of beans, a half serving of sunflower seeds, dressing and 2 eggs: 386 calories
I also had one slice of provolone cheese that my son didn't finish: 98 calories

So far today I'm at 784 calories which leaves me about 500 or so calories for dinner which will consist of steak on the grill with barbecue sauce, noodles and corn on the cob... i also plan on taking my dogs for a nice walk tonight...

i'll add to this post after dinner tonight...

Later tonight::::lol, so change of plans...the wife and kids were hungry and didn't want to wait for me to come home and cook on the grill so she made kind of a chicken and shrimp stir fry on white rice. She didn't like it but i thought it was really good. I asked her to use more water than soy sauce because of how much salt is in soy sauce...still, like i said it tasted good...

Rice: 1 cup and 1/2 of rice: 300 calories
Chicken: 120 calories
Shrimp: 30 calories
Soy Sauce: 10 calories

Total 460 calories

Daily Total: 1,244 Calories

I'm still going to take the dogs for a walk before bed tonight...see ya!!!
