

I don't have much to write so far today. I'm boring I guess...lol
Today I had the normal breakfast and sloppy joes for lunch...i also got really hungry around 3:30 and had a completely unnecessary power bar. Because of this I plan on having either sushi and soup or a hoagie for dinner tonight...Because I have a slow night, i'm going to grab a few groceries and some computer paper, do my paperwork, get something to eat, watch the phillies, walk the dogs and do my jog route...
Calorie totals:
Cheerios/wheat/milk: 240 calories
Sloppy Joes: 300 calories
1/4 serving of kidney beans: 25 calories
Tortilla: 120 calories
Power bar: 210 calories
Total so far: 895 calories...wowza it's only 4:30pm and that is a lot of friggin' calories...i should have passed on that power bar....oh peanut butter power bar you siren, you temptress... i guess i had better take it easy on dinner tonight...soup, sushi and carrots maybe? it's hard to come up with meals for one that don't taste like cardboard or leave you hungrier than before you ate....oh well i'll just be sure to run my ass off tonight before bed...on the plus side i pick up my new car tomorrow and we're going to a celtic festival...bad news is we're going to the melting pot, a fondue restaurant for dinner...nothing says "i'm on a diet" like melted cheese on bread and everything in the world dipped into chocolate...

Shrimp: 75 calories
Popsicle: 80 calories
Total for the day: 1,350 calories...yay...see ya tomorrow
