


Yesterday (10/3) was a looooong day...lots of walking and driving and carrying etc... here's what we ate and an approximate calorie count...
cereal: 240 calories
subway sub: 590 calories
2 balance bars: 400 calories
1/2 a crab cake: 70 calories
1/2 salmon patty: 200 calories
1/2 a filet mignon: 160 calories
1/2 breast of chicken: 100 calories
4 small red potatoes: 100 calories
mixed veggies: 10 calories
Total Calories 1,870
This is a lot of calories but I'm sure I burned most, if not all of them off...

So today I didn't get up until 11:45am because we didn't get home until a little after 2:30am...so far today I had cereal. I'll have lunch in a few hours after I do my paperwork, maybe go to work for few hours and take the dogs for a long walk...weigh-in day and the track tomorrow...the eagles have off today, but i'm going to check out the Jets vs Saints game and the Phillies' last regular season game...My wife and I also need to find something good for dinner tonight...i'll update later...

bread: 100 calories
apple: 80 calories
The apple that I ate was one that i picked off the tree myself...it tasted especially good...660 calories so far today...we'll see what's for dinner when my wife gets home...
i walked over to the grocery store to return our movies...sunshine cleaning was horrible...i wanted my $1 back...i'm also going to take my dogs for a long walk tonight before bed...
