



THE PHILLIES WON LAST NIGHT!!! on a 9th inning rally...it's awesome...they play the Dodgers on Thursday in LA.
My wife and I did the track thing today...i lifted weights last night and i am soooooore today...in a good way though...
I did things backwards today...I got up and took the kids to school, went to the track, went to the bank and post office then grocery shopping...then we went and got a new car for my wife...
after all this i came home and ate a sausage on a tortilla....
sausage: 110 calories

ranch dressing: 30 calories
a few hours after lunch i was starving so i ate a bowl of cereal
cheerios and shredded wheat: 240 calories
I'm at 495 calories...it's 6:30pm and I'm really hungry...my wife will be home in a few minutes to make a special low cal quiche we got off of the tv...i am not going to feel guilty to eat a lot for dinner because as I see it, I have 7 or 800 calories to consume for an average day. I am going to take the dogs for a walk tonight and do a little weight training while watching tv...

so the quiche was not good...we were hungry so we ate like 3 servings of it, but it was wasted calories because i'm still hungry and it was not good...i also had a popsicle...

i was told to take a day off from the weights so it will just be a dog walk tonight before bed.
My new plan is to jog as much as possible, lift while watching tv on mondays wednesdays and fridays and go use the gym for back and chest on saturdays and sundays.
