

i've been slacking...i didn't take the dogs for a walk last night and we didn't go to the track today...my wife is sick so i took the kids to school and came home and went back to sleep for 3 hours...i will take the dogs for a walk before i go to work today...at least food-wise i've been keeping on track...today i had...

669 calories so far today...i still have my carrots in my car for a snack...turkey, corn and brown rice for dinner tonight...
