10/11





penn state won yesterday 52-3...today is a great sports day...the eagles play the buccaneers at 1pm then i have to go to work for a few hours, the kids come home at 7pm and the phillies play the rockies in denver at 10:07 eastern...

i was good so far today, i already walked to the track and jogged my 2 miles. my plan is to watch the game, go to work get the kids and take them and the dogs for a walk.

so far today i ate--

cereal: 240 calories
tuna: 180 calories
light mayo: 70 calories
2 egg whites: 32 calories
tortilla: 120 calories
popcorn: 100 calories

i'm at 742 calories so far today...my plan is to have soup and salad for dinner tonight so my calories should be good...i'm a little anxious to weigh in tomorrow. i've jumped on the scale a couple times this week and i haven't lost anything...i need to concentrate on drinking more water...i also need to start weight training...not to get all buff or anything but because lifting boosts metabolism...i may use my modells gift card to buy a couple 25 pound dumbbells...a few of the exercises that my friend gave me to do i could do at home with them...the other exercises i'll have to hit the gym to do...it's a little intimidating going to the gym, because i'm only familiar with a few machines... i don't know what weights i should be starting at so it's going to take some experimenting and i don't need to make an ass out of myself when surrounded by football players and wrestlers. i hope the first day i go the weight-room is empty, that would make my day...

I bought dumbbells today to do some exercising while watching the phillies game tonight...

Gotta put the kids to bed, game starts in a half hour...
