



I weighed in today at 253.4 pounds...that's 21 pounds lost so far...i'm happy with that, but at the same time i realize i have a looooooong way to go to get where i want to be...
off to a good start this week, went to the track today...it was weird because it's so cold in the shade and hot in the sun that i never really got comfortable in my sweatshirt...i'll have to get some better work out clothes or hope mother nature makes up her mind and makes it hot or cold, not both...
today so far we ate--
cheerios, shredded wheat, milk: 240 calories
sloppy joes with turkey: 400 calories
pita: 210 calories
850 calories so far today...i'll pack my carrots for a snack and i'm sure we'll have something good for dinner tonight...
looking forward to the big packers vs vikings game tonight...hoping brett favre gets crushed ...also the dogs deserve another lengthy walk tonight...

still gotta take the dogs for a walk at halftime of the football game...
