

so i have been slacking with the blog...i've worked 2 ten hour days in a row...but i'm back...watching the phillies lose...cole hamels stinks...i have to turn the clocks back an hour tonight...it will be nice to gain that hour of sleep...
here's what i ate yesterday--
cereal: 240 calories
hoagie: 600 calories
balance bar: 200 calories
chicken w/cheese and proccuto: ?
glazed carrots:?
bowtie pasta?
probably somewhere around 2,000 calories
today i ate--
cereal: 240 calories
2 balance bars: 400 calories
ham: 140 calories
shrimp: 36 calories
chicken sandwich from wawa: 470 calories
i ate the chicken sandwich too late it's almost midnight...but we didn't get done working til 10:45 pm.
Total calories for today 1,286
lots of walking and carrying the last 2 days so i think i burned all the calories from friday off...my feet hurt...
Tomorrow i plan on going to the gym, taking the dogs for a walk, jogging if it isn't raining and watching a lot of sports on tv...oh and paperwork...
