Day 4 at the gym down today...so far so good...here is my routine...
2 miles on the bike
35 minutes on the treadmill doing intervals of running/jogging/fast walking
20 minutes in the weightroom doing some circuit training
10-15 minutes of jump rope
here's what i ate today-
cereal: 300 calories
tunafish: 300 calories
popcorn: 150 calories
chicken: 300 calories
noodles: 175 calories
candy: 200 calories
cookies: 225 calories
Total calories for the day 1,650
