Today i went to the gym, worked and hung out with the family. Here's what i ate today--

cereal: 300 calories
brown rice: 200 calories
carrots: 80 calories
olives: 12 calories
cheese: 80 calories
dibs: 130 calories
banana: 80 calories
apple: 80 calories
chicken& pasta: 400 calories
corn: 80 calories

Total calories for the day 1,442

I still have to take the dogs for a walk tonight but i'm already way over my 10,000 steps...i've been working out for 2 hours a day and have put on 3 pounds...hopefully it's muscle and the weight will burn off...we need to eat out less...and we will...
