i exercised my ass off today...went to the gym and did a 40 minute treadmill fat burner thing...i ate several healthy snacks today because i've been told i may be plateauing because i'm not eating enough...imagine that lol... anyway i walked/ran over 19,000 steps today...here's what i ate--

cereal: 300 calories
1/2 a panini: 400 calories
carrots: 40 calories
more carrots for a snack: 70 calories
2 bananas for a snack: 144 calories
apple for a snack: 90 calories
2 sloppy joes: 560 calories
mac and cheese: 200 calories

I drank one diet coke and about 6 bottles of water today

Total calories 1,804
