Today so far i went to the gym, got my son, i have to go to work for a few hours then i promised the kids mcdonalds then maybe over to a college basketball game....it's all up in the air for now...here's what i ate so far today-
toast: 160 calories
banana: 105 calories
cereal: 300 calories
pizza: 360 calories
dibs: 80 calories
olives: 20 calories
probably an apple and peanut butter and maybe some carrots for a snack...then thinking about getting subway for dinner tonight...we'll see what my wife feels like doing...she has a meeting at 6:30 so i may be on my own...so far today i'm at 1,025 calories...more later
1/2 an apple: 40 calories
1/2 a ham hoagie: 350 calories
1/2 a chicken cheese steak: 300 calories
regular vanilla frozen yogurt: 200 calories
Total calories for the day 1,915
