Today i went to the gym early...got spanked at racquetball, lifted a while, came home and watched football, etc...here's what i ate-
cereal: 250 calories
smoothie: 330 calories
fruit/choc: 200 calories
hummus/carrots: 250 calories
ham sandwich: 350 calories
black olives: 30 calories
popsicle: 40 calories
chips: 20 calories
salsa: 20 calories
1,490 calories so far...i'm kind of hungry and it's only 6pm...i have to be careful but i'll probably have another small meal and maybe hit the gym again tonight...more later
