chowder: 250 calories
balance bar: 200 calories
a couple wings: 100 calories
barbecue slider: 100 calories
pretzels: 160 calories
twizzler: 40 calories
vanilla crackers: 200 calories
snack mix: 120 calories
steak: 400 calories?
fish: 200 calories?
cheese: 300 calories?
saffron rice: 250 calories?
Total for the day around 2,500 calories
lots of work and burned calories but now that the holidays are officially over i'm gonna jumpstart this diet...
