long weekend...now i'm trying to catch up my blog....
here's what i ate before we left for boston and on the way...
cereal: 240 calories
salad from cracker barrel: 700 calories
bread: 283 calories
soup: 110 calories
sugar sticks: 125 calories
1,458 calories total for the day
cracker barrel for the 2nd day in a row but this salad was way better than yesterdays...i ran wind sprints in our hotel room because the gym was closed....over 11,000 steps again today...
