1/2

Today i was a good boy...although i slept in until almost noon I walked my dogs 3 miles, worked out on wii fit even though it's not fun or probably helping at all...lifted weights, jogged 2 miles then took my dogs for another good walk before bed...i also ate very well and drank lots of water...i went grocery shopping and bought some veggies to eat during the eagles game tomorrow...here's what i ate today--

cereal: 280 calories
big salad-
lettuce: 16 calories
carrots:10 calories
chickpeas: 180 calories
imitation crab meat: 160 calories
lil' bit of cheddar: 115 calories
pepperocinis: 20 calories
black olives: 35 calories
chinese noodles: 100 calories
low-fat ranch: 80 calories

Total calories for the day 996

I was going to have soup with dinner but decided i didn't need it...i'm a little hungry but nothing major...it's going on 9 pm...almost time for bed...
