I am tired and sore from the weekend today. Because of a little bit of excess eating yesterday I am really going to be strict today. Today is supposed to be weigh-in day but I really don't want to because I got very little sleep, ate too much and haven't had a good poop in 2 days. TMI i'm sure...lol...oh and for the record penn state and the eagles both lost over the weekend...so it was probably good i couldn't watch either of them...

soup: 260 calories
popcorn: 90 calories
