
Today was a very active day for me...i played racquetball for an hour(and lost)....lol then lifted weights while watching a football game for 30 minutes or so, then walked around the mall for a half hour...penn state won today...
here's what i ate:
cereal: 240 calories
sushi: 590 calories
cereal: 300 calories
ham: 70 calories
Total calories for the day- 1,200
