
it's really late when i'm writing this, it's almost not 11/12 anymore...i worked today then i came home and did work on the computer...i fell and mildly hurt my knee playing whiffle ball today...i think it will be ok but it's a little swollen...we have a long work day tomorrow but saturday and sunday should be low key days where i can get some good exercise in...here's what i ate today...oh we went to ruby tuesday for lunch while christmas shopping...

This was a pretty high calorie day but i got a good deal of exercise at work and walking around the mall. Tomorrow will probably be hectic but I will attempt to get to the track if it's not pouring like it's supposed to...6 days til we leave for sunny florida...time to put the tv on sleep and listen to golden girls reruns...what can i say? i love that show
