i feel tired and sore today...not quite right...here's what i ate so far...
cereal: 240 calories
sandwich: 200 calories
soup: 140 calories
2 popsicles: 80 calories
toaster strudel: 200 calories
Total calories so far today 860
my plan is to take a nap, go to the gym later, run some indoor laps and lift a little then come home and do paperwork...i was going to go to the soccer game tonight but it is too cold outside. I hope i feel better after my nap...i don't feel sick, just cold and warn out...

i ran my laps and then got a sub at subway. i also lifted while watching tv.
