


i weighed in this morning...240 pounds...same weight as when we got married...this was a mini-goal of mine and i'm glad to have gotten here fairly quickly...my next mini goal is 225 pounds...225 is the lightest i remember ever being as an adult...i walked around the mall again today running some errands, and i ate pretty well...before bed tonight i have to a. drink 2 bottles of water b. lift weights c. take the dogs out...here's what i ate today-
cereal: 320 calories
ham sub from wegmans: 560 calories
pizza crust: 50 calories
corn crab chowder soup: 200 calories
grapes: 30 calories
granola: 150 calories
2 bites of a turkey cookie: 35 calories
Total calories for the day: 1,345
