no track today...we are still recovering from the weekend...might be an excuse but we barely got the kids to school on time today...here's what i ate today--

tuna on pita w/ light mayo & lettuce: 300 calories
popsicle: 40 calories
dibs: 40 calories
3 tacos: 610 calories
dibs: 50 calories
2 popsicles: 80 calories
Total calories for the day 1,360
i still have to take the dogs for a walk tonight and i'm on my own to the track tomorrow cause my wife works.
i realize my last few posts have been boring but there's not much going on...the phils are done playing for the year and my football teams only play twice a week...i don't think i've been eating poorly lately just not losing anything and i'm tired all the time...i know i only count one weigh-in a week but i've been consitently at 244 the last week or so...i can't cut my calories much more i guess i have to up the exercise time...
