
Woke up this morning and took a long walk(3 miles round trip) to the grocery store with my wife for some milk chicken and lettuce. Picked our son up from school. I did my paperwork that i should have had done days ago. here's what i ate so far today-
cereal: 240 calories
soup: 140 calories
ham sandwich: 230 calories
olives: 35 calories
We're having salads with chicken tonight for dinner so i think it's going to be a good food day.
I weighed in today at 239 pounds. That's a big slow down from the amount of weight i had been losing but i look at it this way, i've gotten through a 5 day trip to key west and 5 days in new york and thanksgiving and i'm down a pound...not bad...still got a long way to go...i've been putting this protein powder in my cereal so hopefully that will help...
salad w/ chicken, seeds, cheetos: 510 calories
2 popsicles: 80 calories
dibs: 120 calories
Total calories for the day: 1,355
dog walk tonight after work and some light lifting while watching tv so i don't strain my back...
