Today I got the boys to and from school and went to work...while working i got some Christmas shopping done...only 2 more gifts to buy and i'm done...i'm going shopping with a buddy of mine tomorrow...i'm taking the dogs for a walk tonight before bed...here's what i ate today-
cereal: 240 calories
sloppy joes: 560 calories
tortilla chips/dip: 120 calories
spaghetti: 300 calories
eating cookie dough while making cookies:? I think my wife said Christmas cookies have 0 calories
Total calories for the day around 1,620
