
Today i woke up really late...like 11:45am....i know i'm a lazy bum...
anyway went shopping and to the movies with the wife and a friend...up in the air with george clooney was good, very depressing but well done...according to my new pedometer i took 11,000 steps today...my goal is to check everyday that i am over 10,000 calories.
here's what i ate today--
tuna fish sandwich: 260 calories
tortilla chips: 180 calories
popcorn: 500 calories
sushi: 310 calories
soup: 190 calories
cookie: 120 calories
beer: 160 calories
Total calories for the day 1,720
Can't wait til the holidays are completely over so i can get back on the diet train...
