


great day so far today...played racquetball, ran a mile and walked 4 miles...not much to eat...we're going grocery shopping so we don't have to eat out anymore....it's only 12:20pm but here is what i ate so far today-
cereal: 240 calories
my goal today is to start drinking more water...i've noticed i haven't been drinking as much as i had been...
shopping, lunch, work, dinner, light weight lifting and dog walk is on the agenda for today...more later...
ok, now it's 9:40pm and i've crossed everything off my to do list except the dog walk which i am still going to do...here's what i ate since breakfast-
soup: 240 calories
popcorn: 100 calories
fish: 215 calories
rice: 120 calories
artichoke: 45 calories
2 popsicles: 80 calories
Total calories for the day 1,040
nice and low after a month of excess...i'll try to keep it up
