woke up late today...i'm sleepy...gotta stick around because i'm watching one of my sons while my wife is out to lunch with a friend...it is so cold outside today...i have to work today then home to lift a little bit and hopefully take the dogs for a walk if they even want to go out...lol...went shopping yesterday and picked up some b12 vitamins...so now i am taking a multi-vitamin and a flax oil tab with breakfast and a fish oil tab and a b12 tab with dinner...i'm also still putting a protein powder on my cereal...here's what i ate so far today-
cereal: 240 calories
3 ham slices: 70 calories
2 hard boiled eggs: 144 calories
i'm working on the water drinking and did well yesterday with it...i'm going to have some water and a banana before work then have whatever my wife is making for dinner tonight...more later

so i'm home from work and had dinner...going to lift a little...it's in the 20's outside so no dog walk tonight i don't think...but we'll see...here's what i ate since my last entry-
2 apples: 120 calories
1 serving of peanut butter: 200 calories
banana: 90 calories
chicken: 250 calories
asparagus: 12 calories
pasta: 200 calories
