balls be damned, day 1 starts tomorrow...


tomorrow starts a new chapter in my life...watching these oddballs jog in their tiny little shorts always made me kind of uncomfortable i feel like my balls would slap against my leg if i wore them....tomorrow i will become one of them, balls be damned...

here is my list of things i will do for the next 60 days...

drink a Ton of Water...
don't drink any soda, including diet soda...
go to the store and find something healthy and filling for breakfast
go to the local track and run 8 laps (2 miles) per day
keep a food journal on this blog
long dog walk at night EVERY NIGHT
start some type of weight-lifting routine

i have a few goals for doing this...

1. see some serious results so this 60 day trial becomes a 60 year way of life
2. type on this blog the times i mess up so i hold myself accountable
3. if anyone finds and reads this thing we can work at it together and share every time we feel like eating a donut...or an entire bag of cheese curls

i will eventually get into more details like weigh-in days, starting weight (ugh) and anything else i find interesting. i know this is going to be hard and i'm going to hate it 80% of the time but i'm up for it and i'm excited for the challenge.
